Abstract

This work intends to approach the issues related to Social Justice, as well as the Legal-Political conflict in the Angolan context looking from a J. Rawls' perspective. The work will be developed in three parts; in the first part, we will look at issues related to the Rule of Law; the second, Social Justice and in the third, the Legal-Political conflict.
