Importance of arithmetic operations in the teaching and learning process of Mathematics, at Liceu 22 de Novembro do Lossambo.
Abstract
In a context where the technology grows every day that passes, it is very risky to present a theme, that he/she forces the student to return the roots of the knowledge, where he/she will have to look for aspects deep of his/her learning, to look for subject already forgotten there is a time. But they are this knowledge that he feels lack every day that will attend classes of Mathematics, class of Physics, of Chemistry or of other discipline that involves calculation. In this research it was made a qualitative approach about the difficulties that the students of the School November 22, of Lossambo, they present to the they accomplish the arithmetic operations when they solve exercises on trigonometry. It was made presentation of the rules of each one of the operations, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. After the discussion of the results, he/she intends a plan of methodological actions. The research had as general objective to determine the causes of the difficulties in the use of the arithmetic operations, in the classes of Mathematics, of the students of the 11.14, of the School November 22 of Lossambo. It was used to questionnaire and the observation as practical methods to discover the students' real situation in relation to the content in subject.
