Abstract

In this work applies the categorical system mentioned above and proposed by the NANDA for the process of nursing care, from the presentation of a case in which there is evidence of the practical application of what already is, internationally accepted, as a system of diagnostic actions and intervention that all professional nurse must master because they are skills necessary for successful performance in the area of care and give it application of the scientific method of performance of nursing. Presents a patient entered the STU, of the Regional Hospital of Huambo in Angola, with the medical diagnosis of acute lung Edema, and explains the sequence of each of the stages that make up the process of nursing care.
