Abstract

The Public Administration in the contemporary world, plays an indispensable role for the improvement of the quality of life of the citizen. It is through this that the State performs its tasks of managing the public thing.

This article aims to conceptualize administration as a universal phenomenon of the modern world and public administration in its dimensions, namely direct, indirect, autonomous and independent public administration, public administration and poverty reduction, administrative reform of the public sector, this being one of the fundamental pillars of the pursuit of the public interest.
