Abstract

With this article we intend to propose, for all the entire Lusophone Higher Education space, the creation and the implementation of a subject called Philosophy and Lusophone Cultures. At first, we will start from the belief that there actually exists a controversy regarding the existence of a “national” philosophy in each of the Lusophone countries. This “diverging” point could be the motif for the general convergence towards the creation of a subject of Philosophy and Lusophone Cultures. In a second phase, we will reflect on, as consequence of this project, the possibility of existing a space of creation of an own lusophone thought.
