STUDENTS’ OPINIONS ON THE QUALITY OF SERVICE PROVISION IN PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS IN ANGOLA: CASE OF THE RISING SUN HIGHER POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE OF HUAMBO

Abstract

The present work intends to take an approach to Quality in Service Provision at the Rising Sun Higher Polytechnic Institute of Huambo. Fulfilling this task will be a great challenge, as it is one of the biggest concerns of Public and especially private Institutions in Angola. For our study, we used a quantitative approach, which allowed us to generalize the data. Five (5) subjects, belonging to the Institute, with ages ranging from 26 to 40 years old, participated in the study. To acquire data, of an exclusively professional nature, an unstructured interview was applied the analysis of the results shows that the services provided in the rising sun are of quality, but it is convenient, and perhaps necessary, to create mechanisms to further improve the provision of services, thus avoiding failure, levels of bureaucracy and customer dissatisfaction.
