In the scope of the Post-Graduation courses taught at the Instituto Superior Politécnico Sol Nascente (ISPSN - Huambo) this conference was elaborated with the purpose of reflecting with the Post-Graduation students and Professors of the referred Institution about the Influence that motivation exerts on Scientific Investigation, starting from the assumption that motivation is the fundamental element for the success of any investigation, being responsible for the intensity, direction and persistence of the efforts of a person for the attainment of a determined goal.
